I use hummus for so much more then dipping. Spread on toast with avocados, a replacement for mayo in sandwiches, in wraps, as dressing for salads, and as a base for my chicken shwarma recipe – which I will post soon.My biggest tip for eating healthy is to ALWAYS BE PREPARED with healthy options….then you don’t have an excuse to stray


INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cans chickpeas – rinsed and shelled
  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • 1 large lemon squeezed
  • Minced garlic 2 tablespoons
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt – or more to taste
  • 1/4-1/2 cup water

Blend in food processor until smooth and then Drizzle in some water to make even smoother (do this to taste) 🙏 nope I don’t use tahini in my recipe.
