Step Madness

High Intensity workouts just seem to work for me.

And honestly I only want to work out for 30 mins….and for that reason these short and sweet workouts are PERFECT!

(Do each exercise for 1 minute)

1. Run up and down
2. Burpee with push-up
3. Lunges off step
4. Travelling push ups side to side
5. Hop overs side to side
6. Lunging onto step
7. Plank ski hops
8. Power jump squats 
9. Squat thrusts
10. Tricep dips
11. Reverse side plan
12. Knee tucks
