Chicken Burrito Bowls

Sunday afternoon is meal prep time for the week. I get the groceries – cut up all the fruit and veggies so I have easy snacks on hand, and I make my lunch and most dinners for the week. Keeps me on track and less likely to make bad choices. Here is a of my fav make ahead lunches.
