My Fitness Pal (FREE)

This is a great app to track what you are eating, it is amazing how easy it is to lose track throughout the day. This app will keep you focused on reaching your goals. They also send you great recipes and articles to help you stay on track.

7 Minute Workout ($2.99)

Only have a few minutes to workout before hitting the beach – grab your phone and spend just 7 minutes for a total body workout in a flash.

Nike Training (FREE)

Get bored easily when working out? Chose from a variety of workouts based on level, equipment and the time you have. Choose your playlist – your trainer and get to it.
