Get rid of the chip dip – your family will love this Guacamole on veggies and nacho chips. This dip is great on Burgers and Salmon too!

  • 3 Ripe Avocados (cut in half and spoon in to bowl)
  • 1 small tomato diced
  • 1 fresh lime (squeezed)
  • 1 large tomato (chopped)
  • 1/2 small red onion (diced)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic (or 3-4 cloves minced)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 handful of fresh cilantro (wash and chop)
  • 1 tsp cumin

INSTRUCTIONS BELOW


Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl. Get hand (emersion) blender and mash together. Don’t blend too much – you want to see and taste chunks of all the fresh ingredients.

Server with vegetables or nachos – makes a great side with chicken, burgers and salmon too.
