Don’t waste your over ripe bananas. Chop them up, and put them in the freezer for smoothies and to use in this recipe. So healthy for you.


INGREDIENTS

Frozen banana pieces (about 4 bananas)

1/2 cup of peanut butter (or you could use almond butter)

1/4 cup Maple Syrup (or you can use agave or maple syrup

TSP Vanilla Extract

1/4-1/2 cup Almond Milk (depends on how smooth you like it)


INSTRUCTIONS

Add all ingredients to your food processor and blend until smooth. Eat right away – or put in the freezer to eat later. I like putting it in the freezer for 30 mins so it freezes a bit more before eating
