Grain-free flax bread

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Just a few simple products make this incredible bread. Make it in minutes.

2 cups of Ground Flax Seed

1 tbsp Baking Powder

3/4 tsp Sea Salt

5 Eggs (room temp)

1/2 cup water

1/3 cup Melted Coconut oil

Mix all dry ingredients in one bowl all wet ingredients in a second bowl. Slowly whisk the two together and let sit for a few minutes to thicken. Use a loaf pan – spray with cooking spray or oil. Pour batter in.

I sprinkle Chia and Sunflower seeds on top (you could sprinkle any seed on top or agave sweetner)

Cook for 50 mins.

I make a few loafs at a time and freeze 2 of them for later.
