Get rid of the chip dip – your family will love this Guacamole on veggies and nacho chips. This dip is great on Burgers and Salmon too!
3 Avocados (cut in half and spoon in to bowl)
1 -2 fresh limes (squeeze)
1 large tomato (chopped)
1/2 red onion (chopped)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon garlic (or 3-4 cloves minced)
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1 handful of fresh cilantro (wash and chop)
1/2 tsp cumin
Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl. Get hand blender and mash together. Don’t blend too much – you want to see and taste chunks of all the great ingredients.
Server with vegetables or nachos – makes a great side with chicken, burgers and salmon too.
